VaST Promotes Jason Niatas to Vice President of Sales for North America
SUNNYVALE, CA — May 13, 2008 — VaST, the leader in electronics virtualization, today announced the promotion of Jason Niatas as vice president of North America sales. Niatas joined VaST in 2006 as director of sales and in his new position will expand his responsibility to all of North American.
Niatas was responsible for growing and strengthening VaST's relationship with key US based automotive OEMs and Tier 1s as well as forming strong partnerships at North American semiconductor companies.

Prior to joining VaST, Niatas was director of eastern area sales at Verisity and continued to lead the team after the Cadence acquisition. Niatas also was a major account manager for Synopsys and has a 15-year history of software sales success. He began his career as a design engineer at ITT and LSI Logic.
