Marios Zenios is President and CEO of ALTO Consulting Inc. where he provides C-Level advisory consulting on strategy and business expansion.

He is also Senior Advisor at Akoya Capital LLC, a merchant bank focused on M&A activities in the electronics manufacturing and services segments.

Over the past 22 years, Marios has held a number of executive level positions at Motorola, leading businesses in the areas of automotive electronics, telecommunications, industrial electronics and electronic components.

Most recently, Marios was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Motorola's Auto Electronics Group which was subsequently sold to Continental AG. The Group had revenues of over $1.6 billion with 4.500 employees and design and manufacturing operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Marios has extensive experience in the automotive industry and has been a pioneer in electronic powertrain, chassis and interior controls and most recently Telematics. Marios is credited with establishing a worldwide Telematics leadership position at Motorola, having launched systems for OnStar, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar etc. Under Marios leadership, the business had significant global growth and solid profitability.

Prior to joining Motorola, Marios spent ten years at Caterpillar Tractor Company where he pioneered the development of microprocessor-based electronic engine controls and spearheaded advanced engine and vehicular electronic controls.

Marios holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and completed the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management's Executive Development Program. He has been awarded two patents in the field of electronic engine controls, and has been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) for 22 years.
